I lend to my Daughter Mourning Draper the use of the small room of my dwelling house together with her choice of 15 acres of ground adjoining said house also use of a small corn field a distance from said Said with full Liberty to convey the same during the time she may live unmarried Item: I'll give devise and bequeath to my son Jesse Draper the Plantation whereon I now live containing estimation one hundred and twenty five acres and bounded as follows to wit beginning at the mouth of the stumpey neck branch and up the same branch to the head thence along a line of mark'd trees to a branch call'd the murtle point branch and up the said branch to a crooked pine thence along a line of mark'd trees to the popular branch and down said branch to Black Creek swamp down said swamp to Him and his Heirs and assigns forever also one long gun one long chest one square table also by my shaving razor Item: I give divine & bequeath to my Son Jeremiah Draper a tract of land containing by estimation twenty five acres and bounded as follows to wit beginning at a pine in Halls line thence along a line of mark'd trees to a large pine in barnases branch thence along a line of mark'd trees an east Course to a white oak a corner tree thence a south east to the beginning it being a part of the land I bought of John Worrel to him and to his heirs & assigns forever also give to my son Jeremiah Draper my riding saddle Item: I give dispose & bequeath to my Son Ephraim Draper all the remaining part of my Land it being Estimation one hundred and fifty acres to him and to his heirs & assigns forever also all my black smith tools I give to Ephraim Draper one long gun Item: I give & bequeath to my Son William Draper my riding Mare also one Gun Item: I give & bequeath to my Son Thomas Draper ten Shillings cash also one pare of Silver buckles Item: I give & bequeath to my Daughter Sarah Jordan five shillings cash Item: I give & bequeath to my Daughter Mourning Draper all the remaining part of the estate of all kinds both in doors and out doors to him and to his heirs & assigns forever ~ and lastly i do hereby constitute and appoint my son Jesse Draper my whole & sole exor to this my last will and Testament In witness where I have hereunto se† my hand and Seal this nineteenth day the fourth month 1785 Signed Sealed Delivered } in the presence of ~~~~ } Thomas Draper (seal) Thomas Ricks Rob Ricks Richd Ricks It is my Will and Desire & I do hereby further constitute appoint my son Ephraim Draper Executor to this my last Will and testament In witness where I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of the second month 1791 Teste Thos Draper Leml Jones At a Court held for the County of Southampton on 9th day of February 1792 This Will was presented in Court proved by the solemn affirmation of Thomas Ricks Robt Ricks and Richard Ricks the witnesses thereto and continued And the Court continued and held for the said County of Southampton the 10th day of February 1792 The Codicil to the said Will was proved by the solemn affirmation of Lemuel Jones witness thereto and together with the will ordered to be recorded And on the Motion of Ephraim Draper the Executor in the said Codicil annex'd who made affirmatio according to law certificate is granted him for obtaining a probat thereof in due form giving Security whereupon &c ==========================================================================================
